1. Membership Overview

 

1.1 The Annual Membership fee is £180 and grants the member access to a monthly coffee morning for two individuals.

1.2 Membership runs for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

2. Benefits

 

2.1 Each membership includes access to one monthly coffee morning event hosted by Supported Accommodation Partnership.

2.2 The membership allows two individuals (the member and one guest) to attend each coffee morning event.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

3.1 The full membership fee of £180 must be paid upfront and is non-refundable, except as specified in Section 6 (Cancellation).

3.2 Payment can be made via the online payment portal on the Supported Accommodation Partnership website.

4. Attendance

 

4.1 Monthly coffee mornings are scheduled once a month and take place online.

 

5. Transferability

 

5.1 Membership is personal and non-transferable.

5.2 Guests accompanying the member may vary each month, provided the total number of attendees under the membership does not exceed two individuals.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

 

6.1 Members may cancel their membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no coffee mornings have been attended.

6.2 After the 14-day cooling-off period, the membership fee is non-refundable.

6.3 Supported Accommodation Partnership reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund in cases of misconduct or breach of these terms.

 

7. Event Changes

 

7.1 Supported Accommodation Partnership reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a coffee morning due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will be notified in advance, and a replacement date will be offered where possible.

7.2 No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for missed coffee mornings.

 

8. Liability

8.1 Supported Accommodation Partnership is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the coffee mornings. Members and their guests attend events at their own risk.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

9.1 All materials, content, branding, and other intellectual property provided or used in connection with the coffee mornings or the Supported Accommodation Partnership website are owned by Supported Accommodation Partnership unless otherwise stated.

9.2 Members and guests are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property, including images, materials, or branding, without prior written permission from Supported Accommodation Partnership.

 

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal information collected during the membership registration process will be used solely for the administration of membership benefits and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
